The Primary Account Owner must log into the SportsEngine Account on the web in order to manage email/text notifications.

If your organization has disabled notification settings for your team, you will not be able to turn notifications on.

After enabling notifications, you will receive a reminder email 48 hours before each event.

If you are a team administrator, you will receive an RSVP summary email 24 hours before the event.

  1. Sign in and click on your Teams tab. 
  2. On the right side of the screen, next to the team you want to manage, click Manage Reminders
  3. Check the box next to the email address to begin receiving notifications.
  4. Click Save.
